Contracting identity and acceptance

These terms are between you and Rewards Sphere (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U63119RJ2026OPC110854), operating under the Ensomos brand, with its registered office at B-9-D, Govind Marg, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302004, India. Ensomos is a brand name, not a separate legal entity. Formal notices should be sent to that address and to priyansh@rewardssphere.com.

By using this site, viewing sample content, or submitting a request through it, you accept these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that company. If you do not accept these terms, do not view the samples.

1. Evaluation-only permission

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view sample content solely to evaluate whether you want to discuss a commercial data requirement. Viewing does not transfer ownership, a dataset licence, publicity rights, or any right to use the footage.

2. Prohibited use

You must not, directly or indirectly:

• download, copy, scrape, screen-record, extract, or archive it;
• redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or make it available;
• use it for model training, evaluation, benchmarking, research, annotation, labeling, biometric analysis, or commercial work;
• attempt to identify a worker, site, customer, brand, or location;
• bypass access controls, remove a watermark, or interfere with the service.

You acknowledge that a breach of this section would cause harm that damages alone cannot fix — to us and to the people shown in the footage — and that we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy, without needing to prove monetary loss.

3. Longer samples

Submitting an email and accepting these terms records a request; it does not grant automatic access. We may approve, decline, limit, watermark, expire, or revoke access at our discretion. Additional confidentiality terms may be required. We may suspend or terminate your access to samples at any time, including for breach of these terms; sections 2, 6, and 8 through 10 survive termination.

4. Commercial licensing and payments

Existing raw footage may be licensed only under a separate written agreement that identifies the material, permitted use, territory, duration, delivery, price, rights, privacy responsibilities, and security requirements. Nothing is purchased through this website.

All commercial agreements are executed by, and all invoices are raised in the name of, Rewards Sphere (OPC) Private Limited (GSTIN 08AAPCR4490M1ZJ). Payment instructions are provided only in a signed agreement or an invoice issued by us — verify anything else with us before paying.

5. Collection requests

A submitted brief is an invitation to discuss feasibility, not a binding quote, promise of access, minimum volume, delivery date, or acceptance of work. A collection begins only after written scope, commercial terms, rights, and operational approvals are agreed.

6. Ownership and reports

The site, catalog structure, metadata, preview derivatives, branding, and underlying content remain owned or controlled by their respective rights holders. No intellectual-property right is assigned or licensed by these terms beyond the viewing permission in section 1. You may use your own requirement brief, but may not present our samples or catalog as yours.

7. Confidentiality and responsible reporting

If a sample exposes personal information, confidential material, or a security problem, stop viewing and report it through the collection form with “privacy report” in the task field, or by email to priyansh@rewardssphere.com. Do not copy, share, or exploit it. We will not pursue a good-faith report made this way as a breach of these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site and samples are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for evaluation, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. Samples are illustrative; they are not a representation that any dataset, volume, or capture capability is available for licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from use of this site; and our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the site and these terms is limited to INR 10,000. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud. Paid engagements are governed by their own signed agreements, not by this cap.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights or dispute process that applies, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site.

10. General

We may update these terms; the version and date at the top identify the current text, and changes apply from the time they are posted. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the provision is enforced to the maximum extent permitted. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor of the business. These terms and any additional terms we present for a specific sample are the entire agreement about site use and sample viewing, and supersede prior discussions on that subject.
